In the hand is a trembling pulse
that weaved a tempest in the tides of blood
and through the piercing rhythm of the heart, yet tired of beating 
my inner storm was unleashed 
remaining invisible to others 
as a silent wind that precedes death.

What do the others know? Those who assume calm for silence?  
What do they know? those who have never dared to look behind the mirror? 

Those who never turn to look upon themselves 
those who never found what is not sought 
those who have never delved among the wreckage

When the crime belongs to everyone
no culprit can be blamed

The deceitful mirror feigning to be full   
Eternally condemned to show things that never were
It shows me standing in the shadows of an empty room  
As the enigmatic waste 
In which the red pupils, once in flames, 
nowadays find shelter drowned in a useless cry

In the presence of an irrecoverable absence 
That writes on the wounds of a body
suturing with the needle and thread of words
the pain that inflicts the cruelty of the other
Who trembles before the existence of the emptiness

when death gets bored of playing with me

Like a farewell letter my eyes look one last time
to the world consumed in flames

How can we know how long we have been swimming 
in a dream that has been regurgitating us since the beginning of time?

How long have we been part of this eternal gloomy night?
How long have we been shipwrecked in a life
that the swaying of the waves turned into a nightmare?

This endless ocean which
we can't get out of.
     
The useless attempt to reach the shore 
without knowing 
we are destined 
to lose ourselves in the darkness. 
It drags us to the depths 
to once again dissolve us into an impersonal shadow 
feeding on our hopes. 
An eternal monster devouring our souls  
and we are nothing but prey wondering about reasons and causes.
  
Looking up at the sky I wonder 
if I can understand it.
Perhaps the answer is whispered in the wind 
like an almost infinite word being said
but it is so long and our life only hears a fragment, thus, unfinished, 
we will never be able to understand

Closing my eyes, I wake up
and passing through that fog that clouds reason
I find myself in the other, of whom I only know

In that escaping dance
like an endless cycle 
Who escapes and who pursues?

Maybe it's the eternal night
that connects us in its emptiness

its expression of pain

But the light refuses the stares
and the awakening fades into regrets
